Canadian Co-operative Wool Growers Limited 

Due to the continued uncertainty surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic, the CCWG Board of Directors have again had to make the difficult but responsible decision to cancel the physical AGM that had previously been planned to take place on October 16, 2021 in Prince George, BC.

After consultation it has been decided that in order to mitigate any potential risk to CCWG Directors, Staff, Shareholders, Customers and their respective families, the AGM will now be presented in a virtual format via Zoom. 

Our 2021 AGM will be held virtually on October 16, 2021 

En raison de l'incertitude persistante entourant la pandémie de Covid-19, le conseil d'administration de CCWG a de nouveau dû prendre la décision difficile mais responsable d'annuler l'AGA physique qui devait avoir lieu le 16 octobre 2021 à Prince George, en Colombie-Britannique.

Après consultation, il a été décidé qu'afin d'atténuer tout risque potentiel pour les directeurs, le personnel, les actionnaires, les clients et leurs familles respectives du CCWG, l'AGA sera désormais présentée dans un format virtuel via Zoom.

Notre AGA 2021 se tiendra virtuellement le 16 octobre 2021

The Annual General Meeting will be held for the purpose of:
1) Considering and if thought fit, approving and confirming the financial statements of the Company for the fiscal year ended February 28, 2021
2) Presentation of Management Reports.
3) Appointing Auditors
4) Any other business which would normally come before this meeting.

L'assemblée générale annuelle se tiendra dans le but de :
1) Considérer et si cela convient, approuver et confirmer les états financiers de la Société pour l'exercice clos le 28 février 2021
2) Présentation des rapports de gestion.
3) Nomination des vérificateurs de comptes
4) Toute autre affaire qui viendrait normalement avant cette réunion.

The CCWG Board of Directors have made the difficult decision to cancel the physical AGM that was previously planned to take place on October 17, 2020 in Prince George, BC.

As an alternative the AGM will now be presented in a virtual format via Zoom.

Our 2020 AGM will be held virtually on October 17, 2020.

CCWG and Briggs & Little have been doing wool business together for over 70 years.  John Little gave an interesting presentation on the history of Briggs & Little Woolen Mills Ltd. 

 
National Sheep Industry Award presented to Brian Greaves
Warren L. Moore, CCWG Director Alberta South presents Brain W. Greaves with the 1st Annual CCWG National Sheep Industry Award in recognition of excellence in contributing to the sheep industry in Canada.
