Canadian Co-operative Wool Growers Limited (CCWG) is committed to providing an inclusive, accessible environment for all customers, employees, and stakeholders. In-Store Accessibility
CCWG is committed to providing accessible customer service in all of our retail, warehouse, and office locations.
Assistive Devices
Customers are welcome to use personal assistive devices while accessing our facilities and services. Staff are trained to provide support when requested.
Communication
We will communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take into account their individual needs. If alternative communication methods are required, we will work to provide reasonable accommodations.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome in all areas of our premises that are open to the public. If it is not readily apparent that an animal is a service animal, documentation may be requested in accordance with applicable legislation.
Support Persons
A person with a disability who is accompanied by a support person is permitted to have that person accompany them on our premises. We will communicate directly with the individual while respecting the support person’s role.
Temporary Service Disruptions
If there is a temporary disruption in facilities or services that people with disabilities rely on, CCWG will provide notice as soon as reasonably possible, including the reason for the disruption and the expected duration.
Staff Training
CCWG provides accessibility training to employees who interact with the public or who are involved in developing policies, practices, and procedures related to service delivery.

Our website is hosted using Google Sites, and we strive to:
